Today, July 25th, is known as the Day Out of Time. In the 13 Moon calendar, it is the day between cycles...a day that belongs to no month. A sacred pause before a new galactic year begins.
Instead of irregular months, this calendar follows 13 equal Moons of 28 days each. The final day of the year - July 25, the Day Out of Time, is left outside the calendar as a sacred pause to reflect, celebrate, forgive, create, and prepare to begin a new cycle with intention on July 26.
At Ayllu Medicina, we follow this 13/28 Moon calendar because it aligns with the natural cycles of time and the stars above, rather than the invented Gregorian calendar.
Today is a time to step outside of ordinary time and return to what truly matters. However you spend this day, may you take some of your time to pause.
To celebrate this life.
To honor what has been.
And to welcome what is ready to unfold.
Happy Day Out of Time!
See our stories for an interview with Rubén who has been immersed in spreading this knowledge for over a decade. He shares details about why now is just the right moment to begin working with the 13/28 Moon calendar as a daily practice to support your own peace within, which can then ripple into the world.
