“At first, when I saw photos of the yacht, I actually tried to change to another cruise… but it wasn’t possible because the trip had already been paid.

And honestly — thank goodness for that.

What we experienced on board was something truly special.

Golondrina may not be the newest yacht in the Galápagos, but it has something far better: charm, character, and history. ✨

Every time we went below deck, it almost felt like we might find Charles Darwin sitting in a corner, writing about evolution. 📖

The crew was incredible — always kind, helpful, and serving delicious food. A special thanks to Miguel at the bar for always welcoming us with a big smile. 🍹

And our guide, Iván Valencia, was simply outstanding — the best guide we had during our four-week trip in South America. 🐢🐦🐠

If I could do it again, I would choose the 8-day cruise instead of 5… and I would gladly give Golondrina 10 stars. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
