Spider monkeys are among the most amazing primates in tropical forests. Their long limbs and powerful prehensile tails allow them to swing through the trees with incredible agility.

Unfortunately, many spider monkey populations are now endangered due to deforestation and habitat loss. They also play a vital role in the ecosystem, helping disperse seeds and regenerate forests. 🌿

🐋 Las gigantes del océano ya están en casa...

Cada año, más de 7.000 ballenas jorobadas viajan desde la Antártida hasta las cálidas aguas del Ecuador para reproducirse, parir y cuidar a sus crías.

🌊 Durante su estadía —de junio a septiembre— nos regalan saltos, aletazos y cantos que recorren el mar.
Pero hay algo más asombroso:
👉 Cada ballena tiene una “huella digital” única en la forma y marcas de su aleta caudal.
Estas aletas, con sus manchas y cicatrices, permiten identificarlas y seguir sus migraciones año tras año.

Además de ser un espectáculo natural inolvidable, su presencia impulsa la conservación marina y el turismo responsable en nuestras costas.
