When the universe 💫 is on your side and you get views like this 🤩😍🤩 on top of Chimborazo 🗻🗻 ... Marc was the lucky one this time - together with his IFMGA guide Jaime, he reached 🏁 Chimborazo’s Whymper Summit (6.263 m / 20,548 ft) in awesome conditions 🌄☀️, the ultimate payoff after Cotopaxi gave them a hard time. Rahul and his friends were also successful ✅✅ on Cotopaxi (5.897 m / 19,347 ft) 🗻🗻🗻 and their hard work was rewarded with a stunning sunrise 🤩🌄 at the summit, as well as incredible views into the crater of this active volcano. 🥶❄️🥶 Colder, harder 💪💪, and steeper than expected, BUT Marc still pushed all the way to the summit of Cotopaxi (5.897 m / 19,347 ft) 🧗🔝🗻 together with his IFMGA guide Jaime! The high winds 🌬️💨🌬️ in August can be really nasty and require a ton of frustration tolerance - making it the ultimate fun type 2. 🙌🙌🙌

Meeting a legend while out on a hike to the 🤩🤩 impressive Whymper Needle (5.290 m / 17,356 ft) on Chimborazo 🗻🗻🗻. Marco Cruz is a pioneer when it comes to mountaineering in Ecuador 🇪🇨🇪🇨. With over 😱 1.000 summits of Chimborazo, at 82 years old, he’s still out in the National Park hiking. It's always a pleasure to meet Don Marco and stay at his lodge 🛖🛖 - our team from Austria 🇦🇹🇦🇹 enjoyed it so much! 😆😆

The young and wild were out again! A strong team from the US 🇺🇸🇺🇸, together with their IFMGA guide Marcial 💪💪, fought the wind 🌬️❄️🌬️ and weather and pushed all the way up to the summit of 🏁🗻 Cotopaxi (5.897 m / 19,347 ft) - CUMBRE! 🎉🎉👏 Congrats, guys - what an incredible summit, well done!

🔘 Step one: a picturesque hike through the Andean grasslands (páramo) to the summit of Pasochoa (4.200 m / 13,779 ft) ⛰️⛰️⛰️. The views 👀👀into the caldera and surrounding volcanoes are superb 🤩🤩, alongside great opportunities to spot local wildlife 🐅🦅🦌. A great start for our team from the US 🇺🇸🇺🇸 with their IFMGA guide Marcial!
