Here are a few breathing exercises to help you unwind, no matter where you are:
Mindful Breathing 🌬️: Focus on your nose, inhale slowly for 4 seconds, hold for 8, and exhale through your mouth for 8. Repeat 3 times.
Deep Focus 🧘♂️: Inhale deeply, filling your lungs completely. Hold for a moment, then exhale slowly, releasing tension. Do this for 2 minutes.
Tension Release 💆♀️: Breathe in, clench your fists or tense your muscles for 5 seconds, then release with a deep exhale. Repeat as needed.
Take five minutes daily to focus on your breath, letting go of distractions to reset your mind and restore balance.
