A great person and, without doubts, a World reference in figure the iberico world. Imagine having a whole day private master class with Arvo Pärt. This is the most similar to that.

The Protected Denomination of Origin Rice from Valencia, includes mostly three varieties that are best adapted to the cultivation area, the Albufera Natural Park. They are also the most suitable for cooking paella due to their ability to enhance the flavor.

It exists another variety called “Marisma” originary from River Ebro´s delta, which also grows in Valencia, and bit a bit is gaining popularity.

Due to a massive popular outcry, in 2017, Apple decided to change the paella emoji on their devices. The original emoji depicted paella with seafood and peas, but it was modified to represent Valencian paella, with chicken, green beans and garrofó. This decision was made in response to a request from the Valencian community, as the traditional paella from that region in Spain does not include seafood in its recipe. The modification caused some controversy, but it was intended to more authentically represent Valencian paella in the emoji.
