Egypt never ceases to amaze people with its rich and wonderful ancient history. Now, the country has announced on May 31st, a new discovery of a trove of ancient artifacts dating back 3,000 years. According to the country’s antiquities authorities, those historic relics were recently discovered at the famed necropolis of Saqqara near Cairo. They are still in good condition. Some of them remained colorful. This archaeological mission has been working in this area since 2018 and has so far made several discoveries, including collections of artifacts, coffins, and human and animal mummies from ancient Egypt.

The artifacts were showcased at a makeshift exhibit at the feet of the Step Pyramid of Djoser, 15 miles southwest of the Egyptian capital. Constructed at Saqqara about 4,700 years ago, the Step Pyramid of Djoser was the very first pyramid the Egyptians ever built.

‏The pyramid of Bin Bin that puzzled scientists for thousands of years and they were unable to solve the mystery.
‏ The pyramid is made of black stone, but it is not an ordinary stone because all its components are not found on earth. The black iron stone is only found in space in space meteorites, and here the other puzzle appears because it is a very hard iron stone and difficult to shape and dig, but it is not difficult to break, so how was it cut with such accuracy in angles and deviations?? ‏❇️ Day 1 : Arrive to Cairo

‏Giza pyramids/ Sakkara

‏Our first stop of the day will be to visit the Giza plateau to view the great pyramid of Khufu .the largest of the plateau is the only remain ancient wonder of the Seven Wonders of the World .originally it stood 149,4 Meters high. It is now slightly lower due to the removal of its outer casing and capstone. You will also view the pyramid of khafre. Slightly smaller than Khufu. His Father. And retaining much of its outer limestone covering. The third pyramid of Menkaura is the smallest of the group but perhaps the most expensive to construct due to its building material. Next, a visit to the Sphinx the recumbent lion with a human head. Between the paws of the sphinx is a stele erected a thousand years (after the building of the sphinx) by Thutmose Illl in 1400 BCE, listing the names of three aspects of the local sun deity Khepera-Re-Atun. The tradition of the sphinx and sphinx complex became common and many pharaohs had their heads carved atop the guardian statues to show their close relationship with the powerful deity Sekhmet.
‏Then after lunch, we continue to Sakkara where we visit the oldest pyramid, the step pyramid of Djoser, and its temple of sound and healing. Sakkara was masterminded by Imhotep the high priest, vizier, and architect to king Djoser during Dynasty III. This magnificent site includes other old kingdom tombs, among them those that hold the earliest known hieroglyphs, the pyramid Texts that were the model for the Egyptian book of the Dead.

‏✳️ Day 3 : Alexandria

‏Breakfast. Then the tour guide will pick you up from the hotel.

‏Travel to Alexandria, start with a visit to the Roman Amphitheater in Kom El-Dekka, a marble theater that once seated 800 spectators with galleries, sections of mosaic flooring, and a pleasure garden, all surrounded by Roman baths and villas.

‏Then proceed to visit the Catacombs of Kom El-Shokafa, the necropolis of 3 sub-levels dating from the 2nd century AD merges aspects of Egyptian, Greek, and Roman culture in its features.

‏You will also drive by Pompey’s Pillar and stop for a photo stop, (it was constructed in honor of the Emperor Diocletian at the end of the 4th century).

‏Next stop is the library of Alexandria (Bibliotecha Alexandrina); the biggest library in the world – now with 8 million books. You will visit the library’s manuscript museum, president Saddat Museum and impressions of Alexandria Museum.

‏The car will then take you to visit the church of St. Mark – the oldest church in Africa. Through your drive you will see the old downtown and the local historical architecture which has baroque style designs and Italian and French style properties.

‏Visit El Nabi Daniel Mosque which is believed by many people to be related to Alexander the great tomb.

‏The car will then take you to visit the prettiest and biggest mosque in the city: the Abbo Elabbas Mosque, and the strangest sight outside it: an old funfair where children play on very antique funfair rides and eat candy floss.

‏Opposite is the corniche and the old harbor where you can see the old fishing boats, men fishing and traditional fishermen making nets. The photos taken there are amazing.

‏Continue to visit the Citadel of Quaitbay which was built on the same site as the ancient Lighthouse of Alexandria, one of the seven wonders of ancient world . A most spectacular castle which is a great photo stop.

‏The car will then take you to the gardens of Montaza, commonly known as the Love Garden (all romantic couples and families go there) you will visit the royal gardens of King Farouk (the last king in the history of Egypt) and see the royal palaces of Haramlek and Salamlek.

‏After finishing the tour, you will be escorted back to the hotel.

‏Overnight stay in Cairo.

‏❇️ Day 4 : Egyptian Museum
‏ Salah El din Citadel
‏This morning we will start our day visiting the Egyptian Museum, where you will admire the splendid collection of Tutankhamen alongside many other fascinating artifacts. Then lunch in a local restaurant followed by the citadel & Mohamed Ali mosque.

Here are the tombs of Tutankhamen, Ramses III and VII, Seti I, Thutmosis III, and many others. The temple of Queen Hatshepsut at El-Deir El- Bahari. stop for Lunch for Egyptian food &then visit Karnak Temple is the biggest temple complex in Egypt - and a very special place. It is dedicated to the God Amun and Mut. As you enter, you walk between rows of ram-headed sphinxes, which originally connected Karnak with Luxor Temple three miles away. Take some time to visit the sacred lake of Karnak, ask for purification, and place your intention in your mind's eye into the lake, Temple of Luxor and work with the brilliance of the human body.
