and and river presence in Egypt . It was believed in ancient Egypt that GEBs laughter were earthquakes and that it was his presence and spirit that determined each seasons crop growth. Our Ethics at GEB are built on Individuals who are interested in living together in a non-competitive natural land and water environment . The aim of the community is to create an Independent community founded on common ownership of ideas to provide environmental Business solutions to present day land and water issues , while presenting a low impact life style , with equality as the core principle . The community is furthermore founded to allow for an interconnecting association socially and culturally with the local community to help develop an appropriate approach mutual that can reach out and assist in the development process concerning land and river issues . At GEB we will strive to encourage direct involvement with nature and local community at every aspect of our actions by realizing the interconnecting man- nature relationship. This is about capturing the essence of each individuals abilities and harnessing that ability for the greater good . This structure also is built on the belief of unity of human beings to maintain their rights of freedom of speech encouraging a platform of creativity to evolve and to have a role in our development progress . The GEB Community is therefore particularly dedicated in the encouragement of connecting directly with the youth of Egypt to enable such creativity and change to happen that will eliminate our differences and reach a higher understanding of each other. Our role and responsibility is ultimately the creation of a sustainable working space for local communities all over Egypt in the natural cultural and Eco-tourism fields ,and to initiate human development programs to enhance quality of the services provided. The community welcomes volunteers to exchange experiences and cultural traditions between cities and societies in Egypt. Presently we have members who are contributing in the areas of agriculture, crafts, and recycling. It is our ambition at GEB to solve our problems independently of government assistance and to show the world it is possible to do so in this spirit.

مجتمع جب هو مجتمع تم انشاءه لبناء كيان مهتم للحفاظ على البيئة الفريدة و التراث المصرى الاصيل تم البدء العمل على هذا المجتمع فى مدينة أسوان حتى نرجع لأصول حضارتنا و وعينا الثقافى. مما أوحى لنا بالاسم "جب".
لماذا "جب" ؟؟ جب كان رب الارض لدى المصريين القدماء من مجموعة هليوبوليس و كان ايمانهم ان ضحكاته هى الزلازل و هو من كان يسمح بنمو المحاصيل .
تقوم أخلاق هذا المجتمع على افراد مهتمين بالعيش معا فى مجتمع غير قائم على التنافس انما التكملة . فهدف المشروع هو خلق مجتمع مستقل قائم على ملكية مشتركة للافكار لايجاد حلول بيئية و الحفاظ على ادنى مستوى للاستهلاك مع مراعاة المساواة كمبدأ اساسى.
تم البدء فى المشروع للمساعدة فى الوعى المجتمعى و الثقافى بغرض تنمية الانخراط مع الطبيعة فى كل جوانب الحياة بفهم العلاقة بين الطبيعة و الانسان, و لايجاد التواصل الذى يسمح بمراحل النمو. فمن اسس هذا المجتمع اننا نعمل على ما نحتاج و ليس ما نريد لضمان الثبات فى التقدم. فهذه الهيكلية تؤمن بمساواة البشر جميعا فى الحقوق و حرية التعبير حتى تسمح بمجال للابداع فى التقدم و المضى نحو التنمية الفعلية.
فمجتمعنا ملتزم بضم شباب أرضنا فى التغيير المطلوب حتى نتخلص من خلافتنا و التوصل لفهم أرقى لأنفسنا و الوصول لكل ركن من اركان مصر الغالية.
يتلخص دور و مسئولية هذا المجتمع حاليا فى خلق مساحات عمل ثابتة للمجتمعات المحلية فى مجال السياحة البيئية و الثقافية والفن و الصحة مع بدء برامج تنمية لتحديث مستوى الخدمة المعروضة.
و يرحب مجتمعنا دائما بشركاء فى الحلم و العمل لتبادل التجارب و التقاليد بين المدن و المجتمعات المختلفة فى مصر . و فى الوقت الحالى لدينا اعضاء تعمل فى مجالات الزراعة و الصناعات اليدوية و اعادة التدوير. حيث ان طموحنا ان نعمل معا بدون الوقوف او الاعتماد على المنظومة الحاكمة و البرهان للعالم ان هذا يمكن فعله.. for help or Association please
