“The Mohamed Abdel Wahab Theater”

It was established in 1964 after the land of the American Embassy and opened in July 1968.

City Lights Concert TheaterThe theater hosted many famous city lights concerts, and for this reason it was known during that period as the TV Theatre, and it continued to present summer concerts until its development in 1982 to suit artistic and theatrical performances. 1983 Egypt purchased the entire land from the American embassy, and the Egyptian side represented the Minister of Culture at the time, Mohamed Abdel Hamid, and from the American side, Ambassador Alfred Atherton, the US ambassador to Cairo, and the signing of the contract was attended by musician Mohamed Abdel Wahab. 5- Warda, Dalida, Fayza, Abdel Wahab, Rushdi and Nightingale stood on On its stage, the theater will host a large number of Arab singing stars on its stage. “مسرح محمد عبدالوهاب”

تأسس المسرح عام 1964 بعد استئجار الأرض من السفارة الأمريكية وافتتح في يوليو عام 1968 وبدأ العمل به في صورة مسرح صيفي كبير وكان مؤسسه الفنان السيد بدير.مسرح حفلات أضواء المدينة استضاف المسرح العديد من حفلات أضواء المدينة الشهيرة، ولهذا السبب اشتهر في تلك الفترة باسم مسرح التلفزيون، وظل يقدم الحفلات الصيفية حتى تطويره عام 1982 ليتناسب مع العروض الفنية والمسرحية.4- مصر تشتري أرض المسرح في حضور الموسيقار محمد عبد الوهابفي يونيو عام 1983 اشترت مصر الأرض كاملة من السفارة الأمريكية، ومثل الجانب المصري وزير الثقافة آنذاك، محمد عبد الحميد، ومن الجانب الأمريكي السفير ألفريد اثيرتون سفير الولايات المتحدة بالقاهرة، وحضر توقيع العقد الموسيقار محمد عبد الوهاب.5- وردة وداليدا وفايزة وعبد الوهاب ورشدي والعندليب وقفوا على خشبتهاستضاف المسرح عدد كبير من نجوم الغناء العربي على خشبته، ففي الستينيات قدم عبدالحليم حافظ عدد من الحفلات التي تمجد ثورة 23 يوليو، كما قدم موسيقار الأجيال محمد عبد الوهاب عدد من الحفلات الغنائية به، وفي الثمانينات قدمت فايزة أحمد عددًا من أشهر أغنياتها، كما وقفت المطربة المصرية العالمية داليدا على خشبته لتقدم العديد من أغنياتها

“The Egyptian Olympic Club”

It is one of the football clubs in Egypt, with its headquarters in Alexandria, it was founded on August 28, 1905 under the name of the Red Star, founded by Ali Mukhles El Bagoury. It was chaired by many Alexandrian public figures such as Abdel Monsef Mahmoud Pasha.

هو أحد أندية كرة القدم في مصر، ومقره في مدينة الإسكندرية، تأسس في 28 أغسطس 1905 تحت اسم النجمة الحمراء، أسسه علي مخلص الباجوري. وترأسه العديد من الشخصيات العامة السكندرية مثل عبد المنصف محمود باشا.

“The Horse Owners Club”

in Smouha is a club with a sporting and social activity that is primarily concerned with the sport of horse racing and equestrianism. It was officially opened in 1933 and is located in the Smouha district of Alexandria, adjacent to the Smouha Sports Club, and its entrance is located on the 14th of May Road. The club won many championships in the game of horses, as it achieved the Republic Championship 11 times, and its most important achievement was the achievement of the African Championship once, which was in 1983. It is also characterized by many other activities such as athletics in general and many other games such as: - Handball (its first team plays in Premier League), basketball and volleyball

"نادي أصحاب الجياد"

بسموحة هو ناد ذو نشاط رياضي واجتماعي يهتم بالمقام الأول برياضة سباق الخيل والفروسية. افتتح رسميا عام 1933 ويقع في حى سموحة بالإسكندرية ملاصقا لنادي سموحة الرياضي، ويقع مدخله على طريق 14 مايو. حصد النادي العديد من البطولات في لعبة الخيل، حيث حقق بطولة الجمهورية 11 مرة وأهم انجازاته تحقيق بطولة افريقيا مرة كانت في عام 1983 كما انه يتميز بالعديد من الأنشطة الأخرى كألعاب القوى بشكل عام والعديد من الألعاب الأخرى مثل:- كرة اليد (يلعب فريقها الأول في الدوري الممتاز) وكرة السلة والكرة الطائرة.

“Amir Cinema”

One of the downtown cinemas of Alexandria. The Amir Cinema opened in April 1952 with Bette Davis in “All About Eve” and was owned and operated by 20th Century Fox. It had a seating capacity of 1,204 (614 Stalls & 590 Balcony). A cafeteria was provided for the convenience of patrons.

Now divided into six screens, it is a venue that is used in the International Film Festival which is held annually in September.

"سينما أمير"

أحد دور سينما وسط البلد بالإسكندرية. افتتحت سينما أمير في أبريل 1952 مع Bette Davis في "All About Eve" وكانت تملكها وتديرها شركة 20th Century Fox. تتسع لـ 1204 (614 كشكًا و 590 شرفة). تم توفير كافيتريا لراحة العملاء

الآن مقسم إلى ست شاشات ، وهو مكان يستخدم في مهرجان الفيلم الدولي الذي يقام سنويًا في سبتمبر.
