Project Manager LV and IT Engineer
Salary: KWD 1,100 – 1,100

ROLE RESPONSIBILITY:
• Liaise and coordinate with clients and attend to service calls and ensure rectification of faults with minimum downtime
• Liaise and coordinate with client and plan preventive maintenance visits and ensure the system has been thoroughly checked & required repairs done, PPM reports prepared and take acknowledgement from the client and submit to the Department Head.
• Installation of server / storage and maintenance and troubleshooting of the same
• Provide technical support to the sales staff as and when required
• Adherence to our Quality Management System procedures and their performance.
• Plan, Coordinate and collect materials from logistics and implement ADHOC Jobs as per the client requirement.
• Ensure Safety standard with required PPE being implemented with self and the team on the day to day activities like reactive maintenance visits and PPM service visits.
• Provides technical site survey reports for new ADHOC requirements.
• Ensure proper tools and testing devices used at the site and safekeeping of all testing devices.
• Coordination with the site contractors to ensure proper provision of containment and services provided for any ADHOC jobs.
• Scheduling and coordination technician and field staff work activities
• Planning and procurement of installation material from the stores as per the requirement of the site.
• Ensuring that the installation materials are as per the requirement of the site
• Commissioning of ADHOC jobs in line with site requirements and time schedule
• Training of the customer's assigned representative in the usage of the installed system
• Obtaining completion certificate from the client after completion of the job
• Maintenance of technical documentation of the system installed.
• Routinely meeting customers to address any issues related to the installation of systems
• Ensure customer satisfaction is achieved through timely projects completion, professionalism and efficiency
• Ensure good relations are maintained with customers and all members of staff at all levels
• Ensure a strong internal control environment is in place at all times.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
• A Bachelor of Engineering degree/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, I.T. or equivalent.
• PMP certified.
• Technical background in Electronic Security is essential.
• Should have at least 5- 8 years of experience in handling Maintenance sites.
• Should have a minimum of 5- 10 years experience in installation, maintenance, and support including administration of all type of LV, security cameras, access control, servers installation and maintenance, and all types of automation and LV related solutions and systems Installation.
• Possess comprehensive knowledge of Low Current Systems like Access Control, CCTV, Fire, Intercom, Gate barrier, Intruder Alarm System & IT Networks etc.
• Strong personality, proficient in customer relationship management
• Strong experience with Health and Safety Risk Assessments and Control Measures
• Able to lead and inspire a team
• English communication and writing skills
• Valid Kuwaiti driving license is required.
