Aswan has an atmosphere about it such as inspires a sense of adventure. That is because Aswan fill you with a sense of excitement when you emerge from the Train Station into the Square with its Restuarants, Cafes and Cinema all streaming down each side of the Square.

Walk along it thoroughfare soaking up the atmosphere. Stroll down the Centre Aisle with it myriad of fountains where at the end, to your right and left you find a choice of gardens into which to relax. There you can nestle under the Marabha Hotel or continue your stroll on into Aswan's fashion market.

Or venture on and enjoy a cold Beera at the Nubians' favourite 'The Abu Simbel' hotel which should be your first choice for excursions to the truly breathtaking Temple of Abu Simbel.
