✅ Job Vacancy : Tour Leader (Male Only)
Description:
• Meet & Assist at Airports, facilitate their arrival/departure process & reiterate the itinerary.
• Escorts tourist groups from Airport to Hotels and vice versa & facilitate hotel Check-in/out.
• Accompany tourists in some excursions/travels.
• Communicate with tourists and explain to them their program and any Optional tours they may require.
• Working in tandem with Tour Operators to achieve a successful trip.
• Ability to communicate and deal with people of all ages and different cultural backgrounds.
• Ability to work at company branches if needed.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree preferably in Tourism or Language.
• 3-5 Experience in the same position
• Excellent command of French/English languages " Speaking, Listening and Reading". Bilingual preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Good leadership skills.

✅ Job Vacancy : Inbound Tour Operator
Description:
• Able to get good rates for all markets from hotels and suppliers.
• Handling inbound holiday packages for individuals and groups.
• Open new Sales Channels in order to develop & enhance business with different Nationalities to open new markets
• Contract new hotels, suppliers (restaurants, transportation and travel agents) worldwide
• Interact with clients over the phone, email , social media channels or website forms.
• Contacting hotels, suppliers and negotiating rates.
• Selling various trips types in Egypt (Honeymoon, leisure, adventure, etc.) based on required budget.
• Preparing quotations, itineraries, and packages for all markets.
• Handling all Nile cruise requests.
• Participating in Planning and launching different products.
• Making arrangements for tickets, transportation, accommodation, Nile cruise es, tours and activities inside Egypt.
• Prompt dealing with the last minute requests.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree preferably in Tourism or Language.
• 3-5 Experience in the same position
• Excellent command of French/English languages " Speaking, Listening and Reading". Bilingual preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Good leadership skills.
• Works well independently, or in a teamwork.
