During these tough times we stopped -like every guesthouse in the world-receiving guests but that does not mean that our journey for creating the best environment for our guests has been compromised; we are still looking for more ways to keep our guests satisfied when they come back, we are using these times to try new recipes; we made an Indian delicacy; Naan bread and the outcome is great. We used our sourdough starter discard for this bake.
