A small piece of cloth, but a very big story.

This is part of the last Kaaba cover sent from Egypt in 1961. For many years, Egypt had the great honor of making and sending the Kiswa to Mecca every year.

The cover was handmade, with beautiful inscriptions made from silver. It was sent in a huge parade called Al Mahmal, with camels carrying the cover and special gifts of gold and silver.

More than fabric, this piece carries faith, history, craftsmanship, and a chapter of Egypt’s old connection to the Holy Kaaba.

A quiet piece, but a powerful story. 🇪🇬🕋

From ancient Egypt to Kim Kardashian’s Met Gala photo… this golden coffin has really lived many lives.

This is the Coffin of Nedjemankh, an Egyptian priest from the Ptolemaic Period. It was once displayed at the Met in New York, where Kim K famously posed beside it in a matching gold dress.

But later, the truth came out: the coffin had been looted from Egypt and sold with fake papers. After investigation, it was finally returned home in 2019.

A beautiful piece, a viral photo, and a reminder that Egyptian history belongs where it came from. 🇪🇬

The Pyramid of Unas in Saqqara may look ruined from the outside, but inside it holds something incredible.

The walls are covered with ancient texts carved more than 4,000 years ago, known as the Pyramid Texts. These words were meant to help the king in the afterlife, and they are among the oldest religious writings ever found in Egypt.

You have to bend down through the tunnel to reach the chamber, but once you are inside, it is completely worth it.
