Mokattam is only a 10 minute drive from street 90 with regular traffic,15 minutes from Garden city, 12 minutes from Nasr road in Maadi ,15 minutes from Nasser city, 5 minutes from the citadel and Alazhur park. it also has the least pollution levels in Cairo , being 300 m above sea level .
Mokattam is literally the geographical center of Cairo without the hustle and pollution of downtown .
For over 3 years the fegi house has been accomodating expats , tourists and young professionals .
We've had tenants from USA, UK, France, Denmark , Finland , Germany , Korea , Brazil , Portugal , Syria , Jordan as well as Egypt .
Also in the Fegi house you can enjoy a beautiful garden , a pool as well as an exercise and weight lifting area.
