Need To Know :
Valid from Feb 12 to 14 only. Un- redeemed vouchers are exchangeable to other available experience. Prior booking required for Dubai Hot Air Balloon Adventure Tour. No same-day booking is allowed. The whole activity will run for approximately 6 hrs. The exact pick up time is determined by the sunrise time and will be confirmed the day before between 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm. If you are a Dubai resident, we can pick you up from the nearest hotel or meet you at the Dubai Outlet Mall. Pick-up location must be provided upon booking. For online redemption and booking, our team will contact you to confirm the availability of your chosen date. You may also call our hotline 800 2080 for booking and availability. Smoking is prohibited. The selfie stick is not allowed for safety reasons. We only fly if the weather conditions are ideal. In case we have to cancel the flight due to bad weather, we will rebook your flight to another convenient day or you have the option for a full refund.
Dress Code :
Minimum casual. Dress according to weather.
Age/Vital Information :
No child rate applies. Cancellation and re-scheduling should be done. Although ballooning is very safe, there are a few passengers that unfortunately will not be able to join. Ladies more than 3 months pregnant. Children younger than 5 years old. Anyone that has had major surgery in the last 6 months. Anyone that has had a broken leg/arm in the last 6 months. Anyone who suffers from chronic back or neck pain.
