We researched different tour companies and chose EQT(Egypt Quality Tours).Parent company in Cairo(Egypt Today Travel) We planned our own itinerary. Eileen worked with us. We were extremely picky and didn't want to miss a thing. She was friendly, polite and very patient. She gave us detailed information and answered every question. Ahmed was the person on the ground and coordinated everything. We were contacted by Ahmed and the president of the company every couple of days to find out how the day went and if we had any concerns.Our guides "Shaimma" and "Ishmail"were both Egyptologists. Ishmail is a professor from the University of Cairo. Kerolos met us at the airport and handled the entry visas and checking in for in country flight and hotels. We had no worries. every aspect of the trip had been taken care of (hotels,a/c private van,cruise ship,entrance fees, meals, in country air, overnight train, sim cards for cell phones, entry visas, bottled water everyday). They sent us an email with detailed itinerary and which representative would be accompanying us for each part of the trip.
It was a trip of a lifetime! We will recommend this company to all our friends
