It was a true pleasure to be invited by Marriott International to celebrate the Global Customer Appreciation Week (GCAW) at the Cairo Marriott Hotel – Aida Ballroom.

I was delighted to meet the General Managers of Sheraton Cairo, Cairo Marriott, and JW Marriott, as well as the Sales and Marketing Directors from these distinguished properties. Their professionalism and warm hospitality perfectly reflect the values of the Marriott brand.

This celebration was also personally special — it marked the first official event attended by my son, Ahmed Safwat, who has recently joined our family business, Zodiac Travel, as Business Development Manager.
