My name is Salem Abu Ramadan and I am a Bedouin guide of the Jebeleya tribe from the highlands of St Katherine. I have worked as a mountain guide for 15 years and I am one of the developers of the award-winning Sinai Trail: Egypt's 1st long distance hiking route. I have guided people from all over the world through the beautiful mountains of the Sinai, helping them discover regions few ever see. I am qualified in Wilderness First Aid and have worked with everybody from trail developers to academics and students and television crews and hikers and climbers. The great love of my life is the mountains and I look forward to taking you deep into the wilderness of my homeland.
