Healing Retreat in St. Catherine’s “One with Earth”

Day 1

* Meeting time in Dahab 6:30, departing from dahab 7:00 , Depart from Cairo on the day before 11:00 pm

* Expected arrival is 9-9:30 am in St. Catherine town

* Have a welcome drink/Bedouin chai, breakfast @ fox camp

* Info meeting, followed by a short group meditation with Maja

* And lecture with Sylvie

* Lunch @ around 1.30-2.00

* After lunch free time

* Sunset yoga @ 5:00

* Early diner

* Guided meditation and initiation for the new energy (1hr)

* Early night

Day 2

* 2:00 climbing the mosses mountain, sunrise Meditation and Yoga on the top of the mountain

* Next day return back, visit of St. Catherine Monastery

* Brunch @ 12:00

* Rest till lecture

* Late afternoon Lecture: about One with Earth with Sylvie (2hr)

* Diner

* Free and sleeping/ watching the stars and meditation

Day 3

* Early morning sunrise yoga @6:00

* Breakfast

* Lecture: open chakras with belly dance and grounding

* Lunch @ 12:00

* After lunch free for shopping / Bedouin handcrafts, herbs …

* 5:00 Last meditation to connect with throat chakra and the Aura

* Exchange, experiment the new energy, chat, consultation

* Later in the afternoon or evening return to Dahab
