بيان صادر عن جهاز تنمية المشروعات المتوسطة والصغيرة ومتناهية الصغر:

استكمالاً للاجتماعات التي يعقدها جهاز تنمية المشروعات المتوسطة والصغيرة ومتناهية الصغر مع أصحاب المشروعات الابتكارية والناشئة التي تتميز بتكنولوجيا متطورة في الانتاج وتقديم الخدمات الصناعية والزراعية والتدريبية،

استقبل باسل رحمي الرئيس التنفيذي لجهاز تنمية المشروعات 15 من رواد الأعمال وأصحاب الشركات الناشئة والمبتكرين من أصحاب المشروعات الريادية، في لقاء مطول بمقر الجهاز، بحضور الدكتور رأفت عباس المشرف العام علي برامج التنمية بالجهاز ومحمد مدحت نائب الرئيس التنفيذي وعدد من رؤساء القطاعات بالجهاز حيث ضم الاجتماع مجموعة من أصحاب الشركات الناشئة والمشروعات الريادية في مجالات الطاقة الشمسية والتكنولوجيا الزراعية والتكنولوجيا البيئية والتعليم وتصنيع الأخشاب من المخلفات ومنصات التدريب و التشغيل وضم اللقاء العديد من الفائزين أو المشاركين في مسابقة " Startup Power "، وهي المسابقة التي يقيمها جهاز تنمية المشروعات للمشروعات الناشئة بالتعاون مع مؤسسة أبو هشيمة الخير منذ سنوات.

وأكد رحمي أن الجهاز يهدف من خلال هذه اللقاءات والاجتماعات الدورية إلي التعرف علي احتياجات ومتطلبات هذه المشروعات المتوسطة والصغيرة للعمل على تلبيتها بالتنسيق مع مختلف الجهات المعنية بالدولة بما يساهم في تطوير مشروعاتهم والتوسع فيها والاستفادة الاقتصادية من هذه المشروعات الريادية ومساعدتها في التسويق داخليا وخارجيا ووضعها في الإطار التنظيمي للدولة للاستفادة من القوانين الداعمة لهذه النوعية من المشروعات وتقديم مختلف الحوافز والمميزات التي أقرتها الدولة لرواد الأعمال.

وخلال اللقاء، ناقش رحمي شباب المبتكرين في مشروعاتهم، واستمع إلى أهم التحديات التي تواجههم في تطوير مشروعاتهم، خاصة في احتياجاتهم التسويقية وتفعيل براءات الاختراع، والتوسع في الأسواق العالمية وتصدير خدماتهم وتعزيز سلاسل الإمداد، والتشبيك مع الجهات الحكومية المعنية بدعم بيئة ريادة الأعمال وآليات تمويل وإنشاء مصانع صغيرة بدلا من التصنيع لدي الغير وفي أماكن متفرقة.

وأكد رحمي خلال اللقاء على أن الجهاز يعمل على تنسيق الجهود بين جميع الجهات الحكومية ومؤسسات المجتمع المدني ومراكز البحث العلمي والجامعات وكذلك القطاع الخاص والمؤسسات الدولية ذات الصلة، لتمكين أصحاب الأفكار والشركات الريادية من مختلف أوجه الدعم والرعاية اللازمة سواء على مستوي التمويلات أو الدعم الفني أو المساندة في استخراج المستندات اللازمة لمشروعاتهم.
وأشار رحمي إلى أن الجهاز يفتح أبوابه لكافة المواطنين والشباب من أصحاب المشروعات الابتكارية تنفيذا لتوجيهات الدكتور مصطفي مدبولي رئيس الوزراء ورئيس مجلس إدارة الجهاز التي تضع دعم ريادة الاعمال الابتكارية ضمن أهم مهام الجهاز مشيرا إلى أن الجهاز يتشرف بعضوية المجموعة الوزارية المعنية بدعم رواد الأعمال برئاسة الدكتورة رانيا المشاط، وزيرة التخطيط والتنمية الاقتصادية والتعاون الدولي ويعمل علي تشجيع ومساندة هذه النوعية المتميزة من المشروعات بمشاركة مختلف الوزارات والجهات المعنية، وذلك لتحقيق التكامل بين جميع الأطراف والعمل على إيجاد منظومة متكاملة وداعمة لريادة الأعمال في مصر.
واختتم رحمي رسالته للشباب بأن الجهاز ملتزم بتوفير كافة أوجه المساندة لهم ومساعدتهم في تحقيق طموحاتهم في التوسع والنمو وتوفيق أوضاعهم وتسهيل الموافقات اللازمة لهم للانطلاق في أعمالهم، ووجه رؤساء القطاعات المعنية بمتابعة مسارات الدعم التمويلي والفني اللازم توفيره لأصحاب المشروعات الابتكارية وكذلك التنسيق مع مختلف الجهات المعنية بأنشطة تلك المشروعات .

وخلال اللقاء استعرض أصحاب الشركات الناشئة مشروعاتهم واحتياجاتهم لتطويرها والتوسع فيها، ومتطلباتهم من جهاز تنمية المشروعات ومختلف الجهات المعنية بالدولة لمساعدتهم على الاستمرار.
قال رامز جورج صاحب شركة متخصصة في صيانة محطات الطاقة الشمسية، إن شركته تهدف إلى رفع كفاءة محطات الطاقة الشمسية باستخدام تكنولوجيا تنظيف ابتكارية من خلال روبوت يتم تصنيعه محليا في مصر بنسبة مكون محلي كبيرة.
أوضح رامز أن التكنولوجيا المستخدمة في تنظيف ألواح الطاقة الشمسية توفر هدر الطاقة المنتجة من المحطات بنسبة تصل إلى 28 %، مشيرا إلى أنه يسعى إلى تصدير منتجه وخدماته إلى الأسواق الإقليمية من خلال الحصول على الخدمات التسويقية.

بينما قال محمود عكاشة صاحب مشروع ريادي وهو نظام إنذار مبكر يعتمد على استخدام التكنولوجيا البيئية لرصد تحركات أسماك القرش في البحر الأحمر، إن مشروعه يعتبر الأول من نوعه في الشرق الأوسط وأفريقيا، ومن شأنه في حالة استخدامه أن يعزز من النشاط السياحي في منطقة البحر الأحمر، بمساعدة الفنادق في الحصول على شهادات الاستدامة، بجانب قدرة النظام على قياس التلوث البحري في مصر وتمكين الجهات المعنية من تقارير التلوث للاستفادة بها.
وأضاف عكاشة أنه يشارك في مشروعه مجموعة شباب متخصصين في التكنولوجيا البيئية وعلوم البحار، وأنه يسعى في تعزيز التعاون والتنسيق مع الجهات البيئية والحصول على خدمات التمويل والخدمات الفنية وغير المالية من الجهاز لإطلاق مشروعه بشكل رسمي.
من جانبها، قالت آلاء سمير خطاب، إن مشروعها يستخدم تكنولوجيا زراعية لإنشاء الصوب للزراعة بدون تربة، بهدف المحافظة على المياه بنسبة تصل 90 % بجانب زيادة الإنتاجية 20 ضعف، مضيفة أنها تسعى إلى الحصول على تمويلات أو استثمار مشترك لمساعدتها في إدخال محاصيل أكثر شهرة وتحسين إنتاجيتها بجانب تسجيل محاليل السماد.

فيما قال محمد عمرو سامي، صاحب مشروع متخصص في تكنولوجيا السيارات، أن نشاطه يقوم على تصنيع خلايا هيدروجين ذكية يتم تركيبها على محركات السيارات، ولها مميزات بيئية واقتصادية كبيرة، بجانب قدرتها على إطالة عمر المحركات وتقليل التلوث البيئي، بحيث تعمل الخلايا على إزالة الكربون وتعيد استخدامه في دورة الحريق، مشيرا إلى أنه ركب خلايا لأكثر من ٧ آلاف سيارة في ١٩ محافظة.
أضاف عمرو انه يسعى لاستخراج الشهادات اللازمة لمشروعه الريادي لمساعدته في تصدير التكنولوجيا الابتكارية للأسواق الإقليمية، بجانب حرصه على الاستفادة من المشاركة في معارض الامتياز التجاري.

📍 تفاصيل البرنامج
• المدة: 3 أشهر
• النوع: تدريب غير مدفوع الأجر
• الموقع: نظام هجين (عن بُعد + بمقر الشركة في القرية الذكية – Smart Village)
