We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Executive to ensure our travel products and contracts are accurate, up-to-date, and ready for booking.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Accurately input supplier data into company systems
✅ Verify pricing and contract details for accuracy
✅ Upload and maintain hotel and service provider contracts, rates, and allocations
✅ Collaborate with contracting executive, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain data quality
✅ Support market research and assist in analyzing hotel rates, offers, and trends
✅ Prepare regular reports and assist in data clean-up and system audits

🔹 Qualifications & Skills:
🧾 Experience: 1–2 years in data entry or contracting, preferably in travel or hospitality
✅ Verify pricing and contract details for accuracy, and internal teams to maintain data quality
🎯 Attention to Detail: High accuracy and speed in data entry
🎓 Education: High school diploma required; degree in Tourism, Business, or related field is a plus
🗣️ Languages: Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset
🤝 Soft Skills: Excellent organizational and communication skills, ability to work under deadlines

What You'll Do:
• Develop and implement smart, data-backed pricing strategies
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to align pricing with business goals

We are Hiring: Contracting Executive
Location: Mohandseen, Giza
Department: Contracting

Reports to: Contracting Manager
About the Role:
As a Contracting Executive, you will play a key role in sourcing, negotiating, and managing contracts with hotels, transportation providers, and other service suppliers. Your main goal will be to secure competitive rates, strong availability, and exclusive offers that support our business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Source and contract hotels and travel service providers in assigned destinations.
• Negotiate competitive rates, allocations, special offers, and value-added deals.
• Maintain and update supplier contracts accurately in the system.
• Build and sustain strong supplier relationships.
• Conduct market research and monitor competitors’ offerings and trends.
• Ensure contract compliance and resolve supplier issues or disputes.
• Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Product, Reservations, and Finance.
• Produce regular performance reports and track key KPIs.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in a similar role within the travel or hospitality industry.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Experience with contracting platforms and travel booking systems.
• High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to travel for business when needed.
