We are expanding our team and looking for Tour Coordinators / Sales Support fluent in English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Japanese and Portuguese.

*Role Highlights:*
- Organize and coordinate tours for international clients
- Communicate with clients in multiple languages and provide travel support
- Handle bookings with hotels, airlines, and local providers
- Prepare itineraries, travel documents, and client info
- Resolve client inquiries and ensure top-quality service
- Support sales team in promoting tours and upselling services
- Maintain accurate records of bookings and communications

We are expanding our team and looking for talented professionals to join us in the following positions:

-Spanish Tour leader
Required language level: B2

-Italian Tour Leader
Required language level: B2

-Japanese Tour leader
Required language level: B2

- French tour leader
Required language level: B2

-English tour leader
Required language level: B2

-German tour leader
Required language level: B2

- Chinese tour leader
Required language level: B2

-Portuguese tour leader
Required language level: B2

Job Description

• Coordinating with the operations team for tickets, transportation, accommodation, tours, and activities inside Egypt.
• Escorting groups during their trips in Egypt (for the Tour Leader position).
• Evaluating customer experiences and collecting feedback to ensure client satisfaction.
• Proficiency in Spanish, French, Japanese or Italian language depending on the position.

Job Requirements

• No prior experience required.
• Excellent command of Spanish, French, Japanese , or Italian languages (additional languages are a plus).
• BA/BS degree or equivalent.
• Willingness to start immediately.
• Ability to draft professional correspondence and communicate effectively.
