Operation Executive
Job Description
Handling tour bookings from start to finish including itinerary creations , tour quotations, Services reservations and Invoice preparation
Offering tour solutions based on clients requirements
Negotiating and closing deals with agents , Hotels and service providers
Dealing efficiently with guests
Sourcing products and destinations to meet customers’ demand.
Taking part in planning, developing and implementing organisation policies and goals.
Taking part in familiarisation visits to new destinations to gather information on issues and amenities of interest to customers.
Dealing with Hotel Booking systems Locally and internationally.
Handling customers complaints on ground and reporting to Management
Dealing with Hotel Booking systems Locally and internationally.
Job Requirements
Attendance Sunday to Thursday in company office in Haram
Experience 3-5 years in similar positions with proven record of excellency
English is a must. Very Good writing and speaking
Preferably living in Haram, Sheikh Zayed or 6 October
Reliable person.
Detail oriented and accurate person.
Strong communication skills
Stress resistant and flexible.
Team player .
Degree in Tourism Management or Business Administration
Advanced computer skills
Knowledge of Google applications ( Google Email , Google Docs, Google Sheets , Google Slides, Google Forms )
