Cancellation Policy

We totally get it—plans can change! However, please keep in mind that for private trips, we need a heads-up since many arrangements are booked and paid for in advance.

- More than 24 hours notice: If you cancel with more than 24 hours notice, you'll get a 50% refund or we can try to change the date. Please note, for private trips, the refund may be less than 50%, depending on the specific arrangements.

- Less than 24 hours notice: If you cancel within 24 hours of your trip, we won’t be able to offer a refund, unfortunately.

- Flight tickets: Tickets for flights are non-refundable. But don’t worry, we may be able to help with date changes if needed! We always do our best to reschedule and accommodate any special requests from our guests.

Wednesday 12th August is a pretty amazing day for skywatchers — with FOUR astronomical events happening on the same day! 😍🌠

🪐 Before sunrise – Six planets will be spread across the morning sky — Mercury, Jupiter, Mars, Saturn, Uranus & Neptune. Some can be spotted with the naked eye, while the faintest need binoculars or a telescope.

☀️ Solar Eclipse – There’s also a total solar eclipse happening! It won’t be visible as a total eclipse from Egypt, but other parts of the world are in for an incredible show.

🌑 8:36pm – A New Moon, giving us wonderfully dark skies with hardly any moonlight.

☄️ After midnight – The Perseid Meteor Shower peaks overnight into Thursday morning — and with the New Moon, conditions should be brilliant for spotting shooting stars! 💫

⏰ Best time for the meteors: After midnight until before dawn
