Cancellation Policy
We totally get it—plans can change! However, please keep in mind that for private trips, we need a heads-up since many arrangements are booked and paid for in advance.
- More than 24 hours notice: If you cancel with more than 24 hours notice, you'll get a 50% refund or we can try to change the date. Please note, for private trips, the refund may be less than 50%, depending on the specific arrangements.
- Less than 24 hours notice: If you cancel within 24 hours of your trip, we won’t be able to offer a refund, unfortunately.
- Flight tickets: Tickets for flights are non-refundable. But don’t worry, we may be able to help with date changes if needed! We always do our best to reschedule and accommodate any special requests from our guests.
