Regulating the flow of the nile was an imperative for all the successive generations in this country since the millennia, as the nile was flooding unpredictably so egypt suffered from the abundance of water and the draught on the other hand , so the last attempt egyptains made and they succeeded was to build the high dam with all its ups and downs but finally the flooding and the draught for them has no meaning nowadays...
