Tips for Hurghada visitors :
Welcome to Hurghada Airport! Here's what you need to know for a smooth arrival:
• **Landing Card**: On the plane ✈️, you might receive a landing card for each passenger. If not, ask for one at the visa desk upon arrival. This card needs to be completed and presented at passport control. It's mainly info about you, your flight, passport number.
• **Visa Desks**: After disembarking, proceed through the long corridor to the visa desks. Either from the bank or companies about 25$ for those who can get Visa on arrival.
• **Passport Control**: Submit your passport 🛂 and completed landing card 🛬 at passport control. They will verify your visa.
• **Baggage Claim**: After passport control, head downstairs to baggage claim. Look for screens displaying your baggage belt number. Grab a trolley 🛒 if needed. Be cautious of airport staff offering help; politely decline if not needed.
• **Security Check**: Exit baggage claim and pass through security. Your bags will go through a scanner, and you may be asked for further checks. Remember the limits on alcohol 🍷 and prescription medication 💊.
**For Internet Inside Egypt it is cheaper to get an Egyptian sim card according to your usage. From €7 when you buy it about 10 gigabyte , then you can add up.
Some bring an old phone to use as Hotspot, others use the same phone or buy WiFi box.
Most of the hotel says free WiFi, but it doesn't cover all the hotel.
• **Exiting the Airport**: Once cleared, proceed to the exit. There's no re-entry once you leave, so ensure you have everything and everyone with you.
