🎈 Important Notice – Luxor Hot Air Balloon Flights 🎈

Please note that commercial hot air balloon flights in Luxor will be temporarily suspended during the summer season from 1st June 2026 until 30th August 2026.

This annual suspension has been announced by the Civil Aviation Authority and the Egyptian Airports Company, following a collective request from all balloon operators in Luxor.

The decision has been made to:
✅ Maintain the highest levels of safety and security
✅ Improve operational efficiency
✅ Take into account the impact of extreme summer temperatures on operating conditions

🚫 No commercial balloon flights will operate during this period.

🎈 Flights are scheduled to resume from 1st September 2026, in line with approved regulations and procedures.

If you are planning a trip to Luxor during the summer months, please keep this in mind when arranging your itinerary.
