Meet Dolce Vita.
If you're wondering what the name means, it's Italian for "Sweet Life" — and we named her that for a reason.

Step aboard and you’ll feel it: the easy rhythm of the Red Sea, the warmth of a crew that treats you like family, and that golden moment when you realize the hardest decision you’ll make all week is whether to dive, kite, snorkel with the dolphins at Satayeh, or simply do nothing at all with the people you love.

Dolce Vita has been our home on these waters for a while now, and she only gets better with age — familiar, comfortable, and always ready to slow things down just enough so you can actually taste the sweetness.

After a complete refit this year, we’ve rebuilt Odyssey from the inside out: brand new cabins and bathrooms, a fresh restaurant space, upgraded superstructure, and fully overhauled electrical, sewage, and fire fighting systems — because nothing matters more than knowing you and your loved ones are in good hands out here.

Whether you’re here to dive the deep blues, kite the Egyptian winds, snorkel the dolphin house at Satayeh, or simply soak up the sun with family — Odyssey is ready to welcome you home.

​Locking eyes with a Napoleon Wrasse, like this stunning individual is an unforgettable encounter. There is a deep, almost ancient intelligence in the way their independently swiveling eyes observe divers.

​But these gentle giants are far more than just a beautiful, maze-like face. They are critical to coral reef health. As one of the rare predators capable of eating the highly toxic Crown-of-Thorns starfish, they naturally protect our vibrant reefs from devastation.

​While the penetrating sunrays steal the spotlight here, the real magic is the active ecosystem at work. Red Sea Bannerfish cruise the mid-water column while Goatfish actively probe the substrate below with their sensory barbels, hunting for benthic prey.

Up close and personal with the ocean's real-life whip-cracker. 🦈🌊

​Most divers know that the Thresher Shark uses its scythe-like tail to stun schooling fish, but the actual physics behind the strike are incredible. When a Thresher whips its tail over its head, it can reach speeds of up to 50 mph (80 km/h).

​The secret weapon? Cavitation.
The strike is so fast that it causes a drastic, localized drop in water pressure.

This literally causes the water to boil instantly, creating a trail of cavitation bubbles. When these bubbles collapse a fraction of a second later, they release a powerful acoustic shockwave. It’s often this invisible shockwave—not the physical impact of the tail itself—that knocks out their prey!
