You’ve probably heard at least one of these myths before. While a few contain a grain of truth, most stop divers from trying something they’d absolutely love.

Swipe through, then tell us in the comments:
💬 Which myth did you believe before your first liveaboard?
💬 Or which one is still holding you back?

Over the next few months, we’ll take each myth apart—one by one.

Nobody tells you that... you'll start planning your next liveaboard before this one is over.

It usually starts around day five.

Someone mentions another route, someone else says, "You have to do Brothers next time," and before you know it, you're checking dates instead of packing your gear.

Be honest: have you ever booked your next liveaboard before the current one was over? 😁

North & Tiran 🌊
A solid week onboard with Lagoona Divers. We had a great mix of open circuit, CCR, and tech divers onboard, hitting all the classic northern routes and deep spots.

Huge thanks to the whole team for making this trip so smooth, both underwater and during the surface intervals. It was a pleasure having you onboard Marselia Star.

Safe travels back, and we’re already looking forward to the next one! 🚢⚓

Stop scrolling. Start packing. 🧳
Look at that Oceanic Whitetip on the poster 🦈. Now close your eyes and imagine looking at it through your own mask, feeling the deep blue of the Red Sea all around you.

From 25th July to 1st August, we are heading out to the ultimate recreational, technical and CCR playground: the legendary Brothers, Daedalus & Elphinstone (BDE) triangle*!

Why this trip is an absolute must:

🦈 The Big Stuff: This is prime time for shark action. Hammerheads at Daedalus, Oceanic Whitetips cruising the drop-off at Elphinstone, Threshers and Reef sharks visible in the depths at Brothers.

🚤 World-Class Walls & Wrecks: Daring drop-offs, vibrant soft corals, drift dives and a sprinkling of wrecks.

👥 The Dream Team: Onboard the MV Marselia Star MV Legends (powered by Scuba Seekers), you get top-tier logistics, flawless dive guiding, and the unmatched safety standards you know us for.

🧳 Gear bags don't pack themselves. Send us an email at [email protected] to grab the booking details before someone else takes your spot!

* Minimum requirement: Advanced Open Water + 50 logged dives (Nitrox highly recommended).

What a week onboard Marselia Star! (23–30 May)🌊💻
Our Northern Wrecks & Brothers trip turned out to be the ultimate hub for divers from all over the globe. Including a solid crew of digital nomads, balancing Zoom calls with Red Sea drop-offs. From seasoned techies to passionate recreational divers, the mix of people was just incredible.

Sending a huge thank you to everyone who shared the boat, the sea, and those unforgettable moments with us.

Special appreciation goes to Karim for leading the trip flawlessly, and Amen for guiding our underwater adventures all week long.

If you’re looking at these photos thinking “I wish I was there”, we’re already planning the next CCR expedition for May 1–12, 2027.

Plenty of time to get ready. Next year, you could be in the frame instead. 😉

CCR Expedition | Red Sea 2026
Another CCR expedition completed! With long dives, good conversations, plenty of decompression time, and a boat full of people who understand why we do this kind of diving in the first place.

Over the past 12 days, the team explored sites across some of the most iconic diving areas of the Red Sea: from the reefs of Tiran (Thomas, Jackson & Gordon Reef), to the walls of Ras Mohammed (Yolanda & Shark Reef), the wrecks of Big Brother and Small Brother, and classic Red Sea wreck dives including Rosalie Moller, SS Thistlegorm, Salem Express, Dunraven, Million Hope, and more.

Thank you to everyone who joined the expedition, shared the experience, and helped create the atmosphere onboard throughout the trip.

And of course, thanks to Sameh Sokar for leading the expedition. And the crew of the boat Marselia Star MV Legends

📅 The next CCR expedition is already planned:
1–12 May 2027

This time you can’t say we announced it too late. 😉

And yes — there’s a lot of beautiful underwater photos and videos coming soon. Don’t go too far.
