- Reserving the flight at the appropriate dates, paying attention to the flight schedule, and trying to arrive at the check-in time in the hotel in order for the customer to relax from the arduous distance during the flight.
- Attention to the cleanliness of hotels and private buses during the trip.
- Ensure the dates of the tourism programs throughout the duration of the trip.
- Follow up on all customer inquiries at the time of travel and try to help them with food/shopping/nominate some places for outings and so on.
