👉 "This original container in the shape of a double cartouche was used to contain ointments. The base is made from silver, the containers from gold inlaid with colored glass paste [and semi-precious stones], and the lid is made in the form of two pairs of plumes with a sun disk united by two gold pieces that lie above the double balsam holder. The surfaces are richly decorated with symbolic images that celebrate the eternity of the kingdom and the life of the king."

This object was found in the tomb of King Tutankhamun, who reigned circa 1336-1327 BCE under the 18th Dynasty. The cartouches we see on this side of the container depict the king as a child crouching on the neb basket (the hieroglyph for 'all' or 'every', and 'lord' or 'master'). Above, two uraei emerge from a sun disk with the ankh sign of life hanging from each.

A depiction of the god Heh-the personification of infinity, usually in the temporal sense of eternity-is shown on the short side of the container. The formation on his head is composed of the neb basket, a scarab beetle and the sun disk; it spells the prenomen (i.e., throne name) of Tutankhamun and reads 'Neb-kheperu-re,' meaning 'Lordly Manifestation of [the sun god] Re.'

This masterpiece (JE 61496) is now in the Museum of Egyptian Antiquities, Cairo, Egypt. It will be displayed with the rest of Tutankhmaun's treasures in the new Grand Egyptian Museum when it opens its doors to visitors.

It is located about 2.5 km southeast of Dendera, Egypt. It is one of the best-preserved Egyptian complexes, especially its main temple, thanks to the fact that it remained buried by sand and mud until it was unearthed by the French Auguste Mariette in the mid-19th century.

سكة القبوة - خان الخليلي

«سكة القبوة» التي تعتبر «سرة خان الخليلي» كما يطلق عليها أصحاب المحلات والدكاكين، ويروون أن سبب التسمية يعود إلى أن هذا المكان يتميز بقطعتين من أجمل القبوات الموجودة في المنطقة، ويعبر بينهما ممر طويل يصل إلى قهوة الفيشاوي شمالا أو إلى حي الصاغة العريق جنوبا أو يخرج بك إلى «ربع السلسلة» شرقا.

The "Sakka Al-Qabwa", which is considered the "Sir of Khan Al-Khalili" as it is called by the owners of shops , and they see that the reason for the name is because this place is characterized by two pieces of the most beautiful basements in the region, and it crosses between them a long corridor that reaches Al-Fishawi coffee in the north or to the ancient Al-Sagha neighborhood in the south or takes you to the "quarter of the chain" east.

Valley of the Kings, also known as "Valley of Biban of the Kings", is a valley in Egypt that was used for 500 years during the period between the sixteenth and eleventh centuries BC for the construction of tombs for the pharaohs and nobles of the modern state extending during the ages of the eighteenth to the twentieth dynasty in ancient Egypt. The valley is on the west bank of the Nile in front of Thebes (currently Luxor) in the heart of the ancient funerary city of Thebes. The Valley of the Kings is divided into two valleys; The eastern valley (where most of the royal tombs are located) and the western valley.

هي مدينة وواحة مصرية في الصحراء الغربية، تبعد حوالي 300 كم عن ساحل البحر المتوسط إلى الجنوب الغربي من مرسى مطروح، وتتبع محافظة مطروح إدارياً. ينتشر في أرجائها الآبار والعيون التي تستخدم لأغراض الري والشرب وتعبئة المياه الطبيعية والعلاج، وبها أربع بحيرات كبرى، فيما اكتشف بها عدة أماكن أثرية مثل معبد آمون، الذي يشهد ظاهرة الاعتدال الربيعي مرتان كل عام، ومقابر جبل الموتى، وأعلنت بها محمية طبيعية تبلغ مساحتها 7800 كم، تضم عدة أنواع لأشكال الحياة الحيوانية والنباتية. يقطن الواحة ما يقارب من 35 ألف نسمة تقريباً، يعمل أغلبهم بالزراعة أو السياحة. يسود المناخ القاري الصحراوي الواحة، فهي شديدة الحرارة صيفاً، أما شتاؤها فدافئ نهاراً شديد البرودة ليلاً.

It is an Egyptian city and oasis in Western Sahara, about 300 km from the Mediterranean coast to the southwest of Marsa Matrouh, and belongs to Matrouh governorate administratively. There are wells and eyes that are used for irrigation, drinking, filling of natural water and treatment. C'est une ville égyptienne et une oasis au Sahara occidental, à environ 300 km de la côte méditerranéenne au sud-ouest de Marsa Matrouh, et elle appartient administrativement au gouvernorat de Matrouh. Il y a des puits et des yeux qui sont utilisés pour l'irrigation, la boisson, le remplissage de l'eau naturelle et le traitement.
