In door job Duties & Responsibilities:
• Handle all incoming/outgoing calls to the call center and reservation office.
• Provide follow-up, occasional campaigns, and call-backs blended with normal inbound calls.
• Provide the best possible service to both external and internal customers to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction.
• Handle and solve all inquiries, requests, and complaints received via all channels available (Phone, fax, e-mail, WhatsApp, Wechat and …etc.)
Outdoor job job Duties & Responsibilities:
• Escorting guests from the Hotel to the Hotel including the Hot Air Balloon flight.
• Responding to clients' queries such as timing, financial issues.
• Dealing with unforeseen 'non-client' problems, like flight delays, transport strikes or weather conditions
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with local Balloon Co., owners, Hotels, Excursion agents and travel companies.
• Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of the Balloon and the local area in order to answer clients' questions
• Accompanying customers on Balloon trip and acting as a guide
• Checking transportation, Balloon standards and safety procedures
• Keeping basic filling, accounts, records and writing reports
• Assisting in the support and training of new members.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Fluent Speakers in English language - Language level: B1 Up to B2
• Bachelor’s Degree in any relative field.
• 1-2 years of experience in the same field.
• Graduates Only.

• Daily working hours = 03 Hours Outdoor from 04.30:07.30 AM & 05 Hours Indoor from 10.30 AM: 15.30 PM (Rotational Shifts)
