STANDARD ITINERARY :
6 days / 5nights
Day 1: Cairo
After breakfast at the hotel, you will discover the world-famous pyramids of Giza. On the Giza Plateau just Outside of Cairo, you will be impressed by the pyramid of Cheops the largest of three pyramids , you will be discover the sphinx of Giza , with the head of a Pharaoh and the body of the lion , who is watching over the pyramids then you will have lunch at a local restaurant . Then you will visit the Egyptian museum of Cairo , home to the world’s largest collection of ancient Egyptian artifacts , return to the hotel at the end of the day.
Day 2 Luxor
In Luxor you will start your journey with the visit to the famous temple of Karnack one of the largest temple in Egypt was dedicated to the God amun ra , then you drive to the temple of Luxor was dedicated to the god amun men the god fertility return to the hotel in Luxor.
Day 3 Luxor
After breakfast you drive to the west bank of luxor visit the most famous valley of the kings where the kings buried with carved shaft in the rocky mountain in order to guarantee the life after death, you will see three tombs for different kings you will see the journey was painted on the tomb side walls to the immortality then you will drive to visit one of the most famous temple was built by the female Pharoah hatshepsut return to the hotel.
Day 4 Edfu ,kom-ombo and Aswan
After breakfast a check out from the hotel then you travel 110 km to edfu city to visit Horus temple one of the well preserved and intact temple in Egypt, was dedicated to the falcon God hurus , then you will travel 50 km to visit kom-ombo temple was dedicated for two Gods sobek and hurus , you will discover a Nilometer on site and small museum displaying mummified crocodiles you head drive for more one hour to aswan.
Day 5 Aswan
After breakfast you will start your day with a visit of aswan high dam which is providing electricity to certain sites , your visit continues with a small boat ride to the beautiful philae temple located on a small island and dedicated to the goddess isis afternoon free time for optional tours.
Day 6 Abusimbel
You will be transferred by air-conditioned microbus to abusimbel , located 280 km away from aswan upon arrival , you will visit two magnificent temples surrounded by Naser lake built by the Pharoah Ramsis the great is one of the most breathtaking temples of Egypt , you will have approximately two hours to wander these historical sites then you will head back to aswan .
