Who said Halloween has to be scary? 🎃

Yesterday, we decided to do things a little differently at Red Sea Marine.

Instead of Halloween, we brought a little piece of Switzerland to Sharm El Sheikh! 🇨🇭

Real Swiss cheese fondue, delicious potatoes (or Geschwellti, as the Swiss call them), fresh bread, fruits and, of course, something special for our Egyptian friends: chocolate fondue! 🍫

Good food, lots of laughter, happy faces and a table full of people enjoying a wonderful evening together.

Because diving brings people together – but sometimes, all you need is a big pot of melted cheese! 😂🫕

Just breathe... and witness pure underwater magic! 🐙✨

Hitting the jackpot at the Red Sea Marine House Reef Naama Bay! Our guests couldn't believe their eyes when this extremely rare Mimic Octopus (Thaumoctopus mimicus) showed up during our dive.

These fascinating masters of disguise can mimic the look and movements of other marine creatures – a dream scene for macro photography lovers and a sight you rarely get to see, even after thousands of dives! 📸🪸

Moments like this are why we love scuba diving so much. ❤️

One More Dive. 🐠📷

It started with two tiny fish on our house reef in Naama Bay.

Two Ornate Harlequin Pipefish.
One larger. One smaller.
And suddenly, our macro photographers had a new mission.

The details are incredible.
The patterns are delicate.
And getting both of them into one perfect frame?

That takes patience.
Good buoyancy.
The right moment.
And sometimes…

One More Dive.

Then another.

Photographers are coming back.
They are diving again.
They are looking for the two little pipefish, trying different angles, different light, different moments.

And that is the magic of macro diving.

You slow down.
You look closer.
You notice things you might have missed before.

And sometimes, something incredibly special is waiting just a few metres from shore – right here on our house reef in Naama Bay.

So when the perfect shot is still missing…
