⏰🇬🇧 TIME CHANGE ALERT – UK & EGYPT! 🇪🇬

Heading to Egypt or already enjoying your holiday in Hurghada? Here's a little reminder to keep you on track! 😉

🕒 Sunday 25th October: The UK clocks go back one hour, meaning the time difference between the UK and Egypt will temporarily change from 2 hours to 3 hours.

☀️ Egypt will stay on its current time for a few more days, so don't get caught out when checking your phone, arranging transfers or getting ready for your excursions!

🇪🇬 Egypt's time change: The clocks are due to go back one hour at midnight on Thursday 29th October into Friday 30th October.

📱 Our top tip: Double-check your phone's time and any excursion pick-up messages so you're ready to go at the right time!

Enjoy that extra hour in bed if you're in the UK, and keep making the most of that Egyptian sunshine if you're here! 🌴☀️

⚠️ IMPORTANT FOR ANYONE ARRIVING IN SHARM EL SHEIKH! 🇪🇬

If you're buying a visa on arrival, please make sure your visa is stamped by immigration when you enter Egypt.

We've had a few issues recently with guests leaving Sharm on day trips and discovering their visas hadn't been stamped, resulting in them having to pay extra fees.

Immigration may not always check your passport carefully, particularly as fewer people are buying visas on arrival.

✅ Our advice: Once you've purchased your visa, make sure you show the visa page in your passport to the immigration officer and check that it's been stamped before you leave the immigration area.

A quick check on arrival could save you unnecessary hassle and extra costs later in your holiday!
