أغلب أيام شهر ٦ ممتازة للرصد الفلكى، خاصةً من الآن وحتى قبل البدر بقليل...
تبدأ المجموعات النجمية الصيفية فى الظهور فى أول الليل بما فيها ذراع مجرتنا درب التبانة بتفاصيلها.
ومن الأحداث الفلكية الممتعة للمشاهدة اصطفاف الكواكب واقترانها. فسنرى فى أول الليل ثلاث كواكب هى عطارد القريب من الأفق، والزهرة الأشد إضاءة، والمشترى أكبر كواكب المجموعة الشمسية... ويقترن الزهرة والمشترى حالياً ويلحق بهم الهلال من يوم ١٥ والأيام التالية.
أخرجوا من البيوت إلى أماكن بعيدة عن الضوء وتأملوا الملكوت.. هذه دعوة للتفكر فى خلقنا ودور كل منا...

Most days in June are excellent for astronomical observation, especially from now until just before the full moon. The summer constellations begin to appear in the early evening, including the Milky Way's arm in all its detail.

Among the most enjoyable astronomical events to watch are planetary alignments and conjunctions. Early in the evening, we will see three planets: Mercury, close to the horizon; Venus, the brightest; and Jupiter, the largest planet in our solar system. Venus and Jupiter are currently in conjunction, and the crescent moon will join them from the 15th onwards.

Go out into the shadows and contemplate the universe. This is an invitation to reflect on our creation and the role each of us plays.

كوكب جنب القمر الآن
(ودى ظاهرة عادية وبتتكرر كذا مرة على مدار الشهر 😄)
أكتر جسم مضيئ جنب القمر دلوقتى هو كوكب المشترى... وهيبقوا جنب بعض على مدار ال ٥ ساعات القادمة.. وبعدين هيغربوا مع بعض..
القمر والكواكب وأغلب النجوم بتشرق وتغرب زى الشمس وسرعتهم مقاربة لسرعة الشمس، لأن حركتهم ظاهرية نتيجة لدوران الأرض حول محورها...
النجمين إللى جنب القمر والمشتري هما polux و castor ألمع نجوم برج الجوزاء

A planet is near the moon right now. (This is a normal phenomenon and happens several times a month 😄)
The brightest object near the moon right now is Jupiter... and they will be close together for the next 5 hours... then they will set together.
The moon, planets, and most stars rise and set like the sun, and their speed is similar to the sun's speed, because their apparent movement is a result of the Earth's rotation on its axis.
The two stars near the moon and Jupiter are Pollux and Castor, the brightest stars in the constellation Gemini.

A great little family from Korea.. and an amazing 10yo kid who knows the navigational stars by name, and he was hunting them one by one 🙂

هيفضلوا جنب بعض الليلة ولمدة ٤ ساعات كمان قبل ما يغربوا..
وبكرة هيبعدوا عن بعض شوية
إللى حابب يعرف ليه يقوم بالتعليق هنا أو يرسل لنا رسالة..

Shooting Stars Dazzling Display

Watch the natural fireworks from one of the perfect locations, Siwa Desert Palace

During the gathering, a stargazing astronomy session will be held offering an explanation of the phenomenon along with a star talk shedding light on the basics of astronomy and star navigation.

With our telescope, we will view planets Jupiter and Saturn and will explore some of the deep space objects in the Milkyway Galaxy.

Event Date : Sunday 14 Dec 2025.

عاد للظهور من جديد هذا الموسم عملاق المجموعة الشمسية كوكب المشترى... يشرق ويظهر فى السماء عند الأفق الشرقى حوالى ١٠ مساءً... وكل ليلة يشرق ٤ دقائق مبكراً عن الليلة السابقة..
بالتليسكوب نتمكن من رؤية أقماره الأربعة الكبيرة فى مشهد خيالى. حيث أننا نرى بأعيننا حرفياً عالم من العوالم الأخرى

The giant planet Jupiter has reappeared this season... It rises and appears in the sky on the eastern horizon around 10 PM... and each night it rises 4 minutes earlier than the night before. With a telescope, we can see its four largest moons in a breathtaking spectacle. We are literally seeing another world with our own eyes.
