We are going for a gentle opening of The Pool Bar on Monday the 14th July (this coming Monday). The pool and terrace are NOT open until the middle of the week, we are still tidying up around the edges and ‘snagging’. However, Charlie and Carl are getting cracking, the bar is going to begin rolling. TV’s and Sport are up and running, we are stocked, the beer will be cold, the wine chilled and music getting in the groove (whatever that is😝). We won’t have tables and chairs around the pool for a couple of days but The bar terrace will be open. Come and give us a bit of opening support if you are here! CHEERS! 🍺🍷🥃🍻🧋🥤🍾🥂

The Poolbar is not open yet, however Carl invited us (Ivan, Tony and Jodie) in for a very quick ‘taster’ yesterday evening for an hour. Great atmosphere, lovely, clean fresh bright ambience, great Ibiza ‘chill out music’ and we really got a feel for what it will be like in a few days time. The Pool renovation team are making great strides forward and we are now talkin a matter of days to get water in it

Jen and I enjoying lovely fresh salads and sundowners at Coqueluche Beach Bar. It’s one of our favourite chill out places. Takes about 7 minutes from the Resort by Taxi. Super live band from 6pm, literally you have your feet in the sand. Gorgeous to watch the sunset

Now here is an interesting thing. Some people said to us “the contractors have got it wrong, the tiles are a different batch, look at the difference?”
The tile difference is deliberate. Number one, it differentiates between the shallow end and the deeper end, this helps the Lifeguards and the kids.
Secondly, the tiles in the shallow end are non-slip, for the kids. It is not an error, it’s pure safety and we love it 👍❤️

Excellent progress over the last few days on the pool. We are edging closer. Charlie and Carl are hoping to open The Pool Bar next week, to get things started and warming up before the pool is completed. The lads are keen to get providing a service 👍
