Today’s shark-spotting research trip was a huge success; together with Latitud Azul and Kinema Producciones, we observed a large number of hammerhead sharks of various sizes, as well as a possible blue shark (yet to be confirmed). If you love sharks or are simply curious, the documentary *Guardianes del Azul* (Guardians of the Blue) premieres on Thursday, November 26, at 6:30 PM at the Elder Museum.

Today we rescued a grey heron chick; we approached in the boat to see what it was—it looked like a dead animal floating in the water, but it was still alive. It was in very poor condition, so we sent it to the wildlife recovery center.
