🌿 The Anaga Biofest festival, sponsored by the Cabildo de Tenerife and the Government of the Canary Islands, together with the Municipalities of San Cristóbal de La Laguna and Tegueste, has been recognized by the Ministry for the Ecological Transition and the Demographic Challenge, through the Spanish Network of Biosphere Reserves, with the award for Environmental Commitment in Sustainable Economic and Social Development. !! Congratulations!! 👏
👉 These awards seek to distinguish those companies, organizations, entities or people that implement projects and actions aimed at the conservation of natural and cultural heritage, social development, training or research in the territory.
🗣 The president of the Cabildo de Tenerife, Pedro Martín, highlights the importance of this recognition and recalls that it is the third prize that this festival has received in just two years of existence.
"The second, also, of a state nature, which shows not only the need to continue working, supporting and promoting initiatives like this, but also our commitment to care for and be more respectful of the place where we live every day."
