SO HERE WE GO WITH AN UPDATE!

We have received many emails, messages and phone calls with reference to a post made on the "Sunset Harbour Unofficial" page about the temporary closure of the Sunset Harbour/Diamond Resorts side of the resort. We have been waiting for the official notice of this happening, which has been confirmed today.
THIS WILL NOT AFFECT YOUR BOOKINGS MADE WITH US!
The resort and pools will remain open to receive you. There will be no reception service as this is operated by Diamond Resorts, There is no WiFi service. Pool towel rental can be done with us in the office at 4€ a towel with a 5€ deposit, that is refunded at the end of the stay.
We are not sure if the pool, slot system, will still be in place but an information sheet will be in the apartment in case we do not meet you at the time of arrival. It is also important that you email us with your expected time of arrival,l so that we can arrange for key collection.
Please do not cancel because you think that you will not have use of the facilities, that is incorrect and we will do everything possible to ensure that you will have a safe and comfortable stay with us.
Yes, it is quieter than previous years, but its an ideal opportunity to enjoy our fabulous beaches, book boat trips and jet-skis at reduced prices and discover new places. Enjoy the restaurants and bars that are open (new places that you may not have tried) and if you need any recommendations, just ask us in the office , we will be happy to help!
The mini market on site is open. So is Mark in the small pool bar.

Well, we have been hit with another blow to the economy here in the Canary Islands! However, things are constantly changing and we are optimistic that these rules will change again soon. For those of you that have booked direct and would like to change your dates , please email us and we can move the deposit to a future booking or hold as a credit until you are ready to re book. We are only able to do this if we have at least a weeks notice, if shorter notice given we can send you a document for insurance purposes that states our terms and conditions (non refundable deposit).
For those of you that are still coming, we look forward to welcoming you.
There are many preventative measures in place to ensure that you have a safe stay with us.
The swimming pool "slot system" although is not ideal, seems to be working OK for the moment, and there is flexibility when sunbeds are available for more than one slot. There are a proportional amount of sunbeds for both Sunset Harbour and Pueblo Torviscas guests, and a small amount for the few private owners. Booking a slot can be done at the reception or with the lifeguard directly up to 2 days in advance once you have checked in.
