Hola,

Casa del Ardilla (House of Squirrel) is located, in the Centre of everything the Orihuela has too offer!
The Villa has 3.5 bedrooms 3bathrooms, 2 bedrooms are ensuite and one is a room with a seperate bathroom. There is also a bedroom attached too another with a curtain partition, hence 3.5 bedrooms.
The master is a double with ensuite, the 2nd is a double with ensuite, this room leads onto a room with double, in spain this is usually for kids sharing or for Parents with a young child. The 3rd bedroom has the option of 2 single's or a double, this is located on the ground floor and uses the shared bathroom. All this from £100 a night... LOCO!

About 320 days a year the sun shines on the Costa Blanca. That means you can spend a lot of time outside. Enjoying the sun and the pleasant temperatures. Even in winter!
As well as having a Beautiful Communal pool area, boasting 2 pools, heated and natural.
You are walking distance from Bars, shops and Restaurants. The area is incredibly safe with children as young as 8 years old playing in local facilities till 1am when the weather is cooler.
You are within 5 minutes Drive of 4 Golf Courses 3 of which are world famous look them up! VillaMartin GC, Las Ramblas, Campoamor GC, Las Colinas Country Club, Lo Romero and Vistabella. Let not forget around 30 minutes from the famous La Manga Golf Club!
The Famous Villamartin Plaza, 4 minute car ride.
The beaches of La Zenia, 5 minute Car ride.
Cabo Roig Strip, 7 Minute Car ride
Torrevieja, 15 minute Car ride
La Zenia Boulevard the main shopping area of the coast is on your doorstep in a Gunwharf Style outdoor shopping experience. Highly recommended.
What else? Go Karting track, Horse Riding, Speedboat rentl, paddle boarding, water parks and so much more!

HOLA! Xmas 2023 has come and gone and has caused a few enquiries for xmas next year...thousands of people celebrated xmas day in 22 degrees on the beach!

So far so good, seems the Golfers have taken over the Bookings so far for early 2024.... who can blame them! Its the first official year of renting and its wonderful to be booking up so many people so early in the year! I just had my first confirmed booking for August, so still 3 weeks available and some July! Bookings from just £100 per night!

If like others you would be interested in booking golf trips, I have plenty of options while the weather is Mild Now till April, it is ideal for Golf at one of the 5 Competition courses in the area. I also have discounted deals for Low season long rentals of 2 weeks or more...
May till October is the hot season, so please feel free to get in touch for family bookings, I am going to regularly include links to attractions in the area... The most popular enquiry this week has been 6 person speedboat (no license required) hire at 150 Euros for a Half day (£125)!

Have fun and please be quick if you want too book for XMAS 2024 I have alot of interest. Everything is first come first serve, with only a 25% deposit.

This is fun for everyone! Horse Riding, Quad Biking, Paint Balling, Kayaking, Zip Lines, Mini Golf they even rent electric cars too explore the grounds. They do packages for everyone too enjoy pick 4 activities for around €45!

The Communal pool is gated and secure so children are safe, the main pool is naturally heated and cooled, the smaller pool is heated to 33 degrees in the colder months. It is maintained to an incredibly high standard by the residents and contractors.
During summer holidays there is a lifeguard on site who is helpful and friendly. I have sunlounges at the villa which you are welcome too use by the pool.
