La casa de arquitectura moderna consta de 2 amplios dormitorios (todos con grandes armarios empotrados), 2 baños (ambos con bañera y ducha), una hermosa sala de estar (con pantalla plana e Internet de alta velocidad), cocina abierta con todo el equipamiento necesario ( frigorífico, congelador, lavadora, horno de 4 fuegos, microondas,...) y un bonito y amplio patio cubierto. El salón con cocina abierta, los 2 dormitorios y el patio dan al hermoso jardín y al campo de golf adyacente. Aquí la paz y las hermosas vistas siempre están aseguradas.
El complejo cuenta con una hermosa piscina grande, cerrada y utilizada únicamente por los 24 copropietarios de esta zona residencial (¡asegúrate de ver las fotos 'De noche'!). Esta piscina también se encuentra junto al campo de golf y tiene vistas al mismo.

El complejo de golf Valle del Este está a 10 minutos en coche (7 km) de la hermosa Vera-Playa, en mi opinión una de las playas más hermosas de España (ver también las fotos). Estas limpias playas de 8 km de ancho son accesibles para sillas de ruedas, tienen hermosos bulevares con poco tráfico y edificios bajos por todas partes.

Aanwezig op het complex is een prachtig groot zwembad, afgesloten en enkel gebruikt door de 24 mede-eigenaars van deze residentiële wijk (bekijk zeker ook de foto’s ‘By night’ !). Dit zwembad is eveneens aansluitend aan en uitkijkend op het golfterrein.
Alle privacy en rust is hier verzekerd!

Via vliegtuig:
Luchthaven Almeria ligt op 45 minuten rijden.
Luchthaven Murcia ligt op 1,5u rijden

Via auto:
Golfresort Valle Del Este ligt op enkele minuutjes van de afrit ‘Vera’ van de bekende autosnelweg E-15.

Omgeving
Golfresort Valle del Este ligt op 10 minuutjes rijden (7km) van het prachtige Vera-Playa, naar mijn mening één van de mooiste stranden van Spanje (zie ook de foto’s). Deze 8km brede, propere stranden zijn rolstoeltoegankelijk, hebben prachtige boulevards met weinig verkeer en overal laagbouw!

Beschikbaarheid

Omdat ik deze woning dit jaar heb aangekocht, is ze op dit ogenblik nog volledig beschikbaar in de periode van 29 juni t/m 14 september. Aangezien dit het hoofdseizoen is, zou ik echter zeker niet te lang wachten met boeken. Eind mei, juni, oktober, november en december zijn reeds volledig volgeboekt!

Le séjour avec cuisine ouverte, les 2 chambres et le patio donnent sur le magnifique jardin et le parcours de golf adjacent. La paix et une vue magnifique sont toujours assurées ici.
Le complexe dispose d'une belle et grande piscine, fermée et utilisée uniquement par les 24 copropriétaires de ce quartier résidentiel (n'oubliez pas de regarder les photos 'By night' !). Cette piscine est également adjacente au parcours de golf et surplombe celui-ci.
