Welcome to our holiday let 'Casa de la Suerte' - a spacious and modern 2 bed terraced house built in beautiful location and with 360° stunning views of the sea and surrounding mountains.

Built on 3 levels there is easy access front and back. The double bedroom is situated on the ground floor which leads out to a private and secluded walled patio garden at the back of the property.
Next to the double bedroom is a family bathroom with 2 washbasins and bath/shower plus sliding door access to a toilet and bidet.
A few stairs up to the next level is a twin bedroom with comunal garden view and is located next to the the front entrance.
Moving upstairs to the first floor there is a spacious and open plan living area and fully equipped kitchen on 2 levels.
This area has access to front and rear balconies with breathtaking views overlooking the comunal gardens/square, mountains and sea!
From the main balcony there is a spiral staircase that leads up to a spacious roof terrace. From here you can soak up the sun and spectacular views of the surrounding area.
You can also view one of two comunal swimming pools located here (open all year) which is just a stones throw from the house and can be easily accessed from the back gate. Next to the kitchen there is also separate wc and laundry room with washing machine. There is also a private underground parking space incuded or free street parking nearby.
Casa de la Suerte in located in a quiet area with a just short drive to the beaches, shops and restaurants.
