L’arbret, a totally Altean fiesta will be celebrated this Friday 20th June. A tree will be cut down in the morning and then carried through the streets from 18.30 to be ‘planted’ in the church square at 21.00. Locals will throw water to cool down the men carrying the tree and lots of wine will be drunk and singing and chanting along the route.
