This Wednesday, June 10th, Pope Leo XIV travels to Barcelona to inaugurate and bless the Tower of Jesus Christ — the tallest tower of the Sagrada Família, and the crowning achievement of Antoni Gaudí's life work.
Gaudí started this cathedral in 1882.
He spent his final years sleeping on-site, eating almost nothing, consumed entirely by the project.
He died in 1926 — struck by a tram on the streets of Barcelona — never seeing his tower rise.
This Wednesday is exactly 100 years after his death.
And the Pope is coming to bless what Gaudí gave everything for.
140 years of construction.
One solemn Mass.
One papal blessing.
Two days away.
The ceremony will be officially livestreamed so the whole world can witness it.
Will you be watching?
