You'll find Sandra teaching Yoga classes on the beach, riding her bike through the city or organizing dance therapy sessions for the locals, and now you! She's our go to person for keeping our chakras aligned 🙏🏻 and our bodies in balance.

At the start of the Covid-19 pandemic, Sandra was training to be an instructor in the Yoga capital of the world, Rishikesh. Due to restrictions she was forced to stay in India for longer than expected. She used this time wisely and perfected her art.
