Two things are clear the moment you walk into Helios, light and movement.

Not just natural light, but sunlight that takes over the space. It moves across the walls and floors, changing tone as the day unfolds. Helios apartment, named after the Greek god who carried the sun across the sky, feels guided by that same force.

Everything here responds to light.

The views open up to Madrid’s skyline, with Torres Blancas building standing there, iconic, bold, like a reminder that architecture can feel alive.
Inside, the design follows that solar rhythm. It represents fragments of a dream that begin to realign. Circular forms stretch across the bedroom and living room, connecting point to point, as if something once scattered is finding its place under the light.
The space feels in motion, quietly transforming around you. And somehow, you’re transforming with it.

DELVAUX

Milan is a city with its own rhythm and style, impossible to ignore.
With that in mind, we’ve designed this apartment in the center of the city.
Cozy but bold, it’s designed to stir something inside you. What you feel is up to you, but one thing is clear: this home leaves an impression.

The living room is wrapped in a sculptural wooden structure that looks intentional, almost protective. Sinuous forms move through the apartment, as if the space is telling you something. A good example is the bedroom headboard, shaped like a person, as if it has something to say, something you’re definitely not going to forget.

A Vibrant Night ✨

Last night, we opened the doors of Casa Ukio, our Barcelona headquarters, to welcome 20 of our wonderful guests for an evening of connection, art, and high cuisine.

More than just a dinner, it was about bringing our Ukio community together, getting to know our guests, sharing stories, embracing different backgrounds, yet all united by the same feeling of home.

Sitting side by side, we discovered common ground, shared laughter, and enjoyed meaningful conversations.

We’re deeply grateful and honored to have had the opportunity to connect with our guests on such a personal level.

This night reminded us why we do what we do: moving people, moving souls, and creating spaces where community thrives.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and made the evening truly unforgettable. We’re excited for the road ahead and everything we’re building together with and for you. 💫
