El estado ha dado luz verde para que el Condado de Monroe reanude los alquileres de vacaciones, junto con hoteles y otros establecimientos de alojamiento a partir del 1 de junio.
Las reservaciones que provengan de los puntos calientes de COVID-19 deben evitarse durante los próximos 30 a 45 días y no se permitirán reservas de huéspedes internacionales hasta nuevo aviso, reportó Miami.cbslocal.
“Los procedimientos de limpieza de la casa deben cumplir con los nuevos estándares mejorados emitidos por la American Hotel & Lodging Association (AHLA.com), CDC y DBPR”.
“Además de los estándares mejorados, se habilitarán registros y salidas remotos, junto con copias impresas de las regulaciones y directrices de los CDC y copias impresas de las regulaciones y restricciones locales de COVID-19 y la señalización que destaca los nuevos protocolos de limpieza colocados en la propiedad.
El personal de limpieza y propiedad usará guantes y cubiertas faciales y practicará el distanciamiento social entre ellos mientras esté en la propiedad y mantendrá un horario que no coincida con la llegada o estadía del huésped. Redacción de Diario Miami.
