Together with our Scandinavin partner, we had the pleasure to arrange an incentive trip of around 45 people at Isola 2000 from 6th to 9th March.
After weeks of incredible snowfall, the participants found perfect Snow and sunshine! The guests enjoy 4 days of ski / snowboard and group activities such as dog sledging, a tour to Nice town and local tastings.
A ski in/ski out charming hotel with direct access to the slopes was a key success to their stay.
The participants tasted gastronomic menus at well selected restaurants on an exclusive basis, finishing with an adventorous evening in a private chalet, accessible only on skis and snowshoes, a 4-course dinner with music and a descent with groomers to the hotel.

Only 1H30 from Nice international airport, at an altitude of 2000 m, Isola 2000 is the highest resort on the French Riviera counting an area of ski with 45 slopes. Not only ski, the winter resort offers an ice driving circuit, snowmobile or dog sled rides, a mountain farm… which makes it ideal for winter company trips and seminars.

Enyevent DMC was thrilled to organise an incentive VIP trip for a Global Leader of electrical components inviting its best customers to LYON during the Rugby World Cup from 30th September to 2nd October.
The guests stayed at 4-stars Hotel Radisson Lyon enjoying breathtaking views and a lovely dinner at their restaurant Galleria.
A luxury minibus was booked for them at disposal for all their transfers.
The Portuguese delegation was keen in watching Portugal vs Australia, who took place on the Sunday afternoon in Saint Etienne after a tasty lunch in Au Bureau Restaurant, the perfect place for a sporting atmosphere.
The participants had the chance to visit Lyon and taste the well-known local cuisine in handpicked dining concepts such as Chez Chabert, Le Mirtillo and 33 Cité, where they could have a relaxing time and mix with the locals.

The lucky customers had a great time and were very satisfied with our services!

Enyevent DMC was delighted to welcome a Portuguese pharmaceutical delegation to Bilbao. The technical visit was scheduled to take place between September 13-15, 2023. for a combined program between Bilbao and Santander.
Upon arrival a luxurious panoramic bus with a professional guide was taking them from the airport to the city for a short sightseeing, followed by the lunch at the deservedly famous Basuki Restaurant.
The afternoon was spent in the Guggenheim Museum and dinner was served for the group in the Museum’s Nerua Restaurant.
Their bus transferred them after dinner to Santander where accommodations were booked at the Hotel Sardinero, all in spectacular sea view rooms.
Next day, after breakfast they were heading to visit the host’s pharmaceutical laboratory plant. The participants could see in live the production and obtained important additional information about the products.
Their lunch was served in the gourmet La Bombi restaurant which was followed by the guided sightseeing in the panoramic bus. The day ended by a delicious dinner at La Bodega del RIOJANO.
The 3rd day after breakfast the group spent all morning hours to visit the CUEVAS del CASTILLO, PUENTE VIESGO, CUEVAS de ALTAMIRA in SANTILLANA del MAR with their guide.
After this long program everyone enjoyed the lunch at PARADOR OF SANTILLANA DEL MAR which was the wrap up of the program series. From there the bus transferred the guests back to Bilbao Airport to catch the return flight to Portugal.
The feedbacks we received were showing the entire satisfaction of the guests both from professional and the entertainment points of view.

Last week, after close cooperation with our Scandinavian partner to organize the event, we welcomed a software company group in Barcelona who wanted to give 4 days of activities, entertainment and team building for its 2 female and 36 male brilliant employees.

The group, right after arriving to El Prat airport was transferred directly to the bike store to jumpstart the series of their challenging adventures, carefully composed for them. Meantime the bus carried the luggage to the H10 Art Gallery Hotel where the group was accommodated.
The guided bike and tapas tour gave them the opportunity to discover some interesting points of the city and enjoy the rich variety of culinary delicacies at Restaurant Cal Pinxo and Taller de Tapas Argenteria.

Next day started early, as right after breakfast the group was transferred to the Penedés area close to Sant Sadurni d’Anoia, where they participated in a full day Camel Trophy competition: extreme driving experience, quads, scenic and river route with 4x4 vehicles, etc.
After the activity, the well-challenged and exhausted people finally could enjoy a BBQ lunch at the countryside.

Dinner was served at the famous Restaurant Ikibana Sarria where the participants could enjoy its Japanese-Brazilian fusion specialties.
The group continued the night with partying at the Shoko Club where we booked a VIP table on the terrace for them.

Next morning, after some free time for leisure ad relaxation, we took the group to the Olympic Port for their 3rd activity, a Match Race. The boat competition included 3 races with 7 sailing boats and ended with an award ceremony with snacks, cava, personalized trophies and medals the 3 winning teams. A professional photographer was also hired and a short video was recorded too.

Last morning, after a very early breakfast and check-out, the members would face their last hurdle: a hot air ballooning challenge with 5 balloons competing with each other and solving different tasks while flying around the Montserrat Mountain area. The program ended with a typical Catalan brunch at Restaurant Mas de la Sala with photo viewing and award ceremony.
After that, the fully relaxed and positively exhausted team was taken to the airport.

Enyevent is grateful for all the people who helped, particularly the Scandinavian partner, to make this incentive trip a real successful and memorable series of events for all the participants.

Last week Enyevent DMC had the pleasure to welcome a very important European team of an international pharmaceutical company for a strategic seminar of 3 days.
They were looking for a quiet small place out of beaten tracks.
The meeting took place at the beautiful 4-star hotel La Vague de Saint Paul, just outside the gorgeous medieval village of Saint Paul de Vence, known for its charming alleys, the various fortifications, the amazing views, the famous art galleries and different theme shops selling craft and local products.
The participants enjoyed gastronomic lunches and dinners at the hotel, signed by chef Akhara Chay, which positively surprised the clients.
For their leisure time we organized a themed visit to the village including a complete wine tasting at the “Petite Cave” and a farewell dinner at the local restaurant “Le Tilleul”.
We were very excited to welcome this seminar and end with a huge congratulations for our agency partner and participants.

The four Balearic Islands; Mallorca, Ibiza, Formentera, and Menorca, are the real pearls of the Mediterranean Sea, oozing in natural beauty with sparkling turquoise waters, idyllic coves and dramatically scenic mountains. Long days of sunshine and the wealth of recreational activities available complement the natural beauty to make the Balearic Islands an ideal destination for a business event or incentive trip.
Mallorca was the chosen destination (repeating for 2nd year already) for a Scandinavian party of 35 cyclists last week. The sportive group selected an itinerary with stunning views of the coastline and Enyevent assisted in taylor-made services to meet the specific needs of the participants.

Each year, Santiago de Compostela, capital of Galicia, welcomes millions of visitors from around the world, both for religious trips and the beauty of the place. The historic city center is listed as world heritage by UNESCO. This ancient city is distinguished by its impressive architectural ensemble. This is reflected in the palaces and churches that line the streets such as the famous Cathedral, the Collegiate Santa Maria la Real de Sar, Hostal de los Reyes Catolicos, Casa do Cabildo, and squares of its historic center, a district do not miss.
Last week, at Enyevent we had the pleasure to handle several services in Santiago de Compostela for a selected group of Portuguese doctors, invited by a pharma laboratory, who assisted the AEDV Congress.
Our services included, among others, a tour of the historic center of Santiago and its magnificent Cathedral with Portuguese speaking guide, and dinners at famous restaurants like A Quinta da Auga, Asador Gonzaba and Dos Reis, which our guests totally enjoyed.

Enyevent DMC Spain S.L. was among the group of hosted buyers to attend MICE PLACE in the dynamic city of Lyon organized by Groupe Meet&Com
The B2B meetings and events fair took place at GROUPAMA STADIUM Olympique Lyonnais on the 11th and 12th May.
I had the chance meet up with professionals of our sector and to increase our portfolio of partners and products all around France.
It was indeed a great opportunity to refresh our knowledge of the destinations and find new innovative ideas and solutions for our events.
It was good fun to meet up with many colleagues and friends from the South of France and Spain too!

Last week we had the honor by 8th time in a row to organize a yearly event for a computing solution enterprise, in concert with our long time Scandinavian partner.
The participants came to assist the VMWARE EXPLORE Congress in the eternal conference city of Barcelona between 6-10 November, 2022.

Our 60 clients from Scandinavia, as several times before, were accommodated at the venerable Hotel Petit Palace Boqueria Garden due to its unique beauty, favored location and not least its incredible courtyard where we organized the welcome finger buffet for them on the day of arrival.
This time the social program was planned for the afternoon of their arrival and it was a 4,5-hour GPS City challenge. The participants, divided into 6 teams, had the opportunity to discover Barcelona during a walking tour, bike tour and driving Gocars, while they had to answer questions on IPads, complete tasks and challenges at the control points.
For dinners we chose the recently opened FISKEBAR at the harbor area, Restaurant Lomo Alto (famous for its impeccably delicious steaks) and for the last evening the unique IKIBANA Sarria, a gastronomic journey through the Brasilian and Japanese cultures.
Last day, to wrap up the event as each year, prior to leaving for the airport, the guests joined together at SB Hotel Plaza Europa (walking distance from the fairground) to participate in a podcast meeting, followed by a quick lunch at the hotel’s patio.

Summarizing the event that was to the entire satisfaction to everyone, we were happy that everything worked like clockwork and after so many successful programs for this client we feel entitled to say it happened as it was supposed to happen.
